Introduction:
The RHOSONICS Model 9500 is a powerful series of analyzers for analyzing electrolytes and surface treatment fluids. Employing innovative analysis technology and sensor design, continuous in-line monitoring of two chemical components in solution is now possible with without moving or degrading parts, at minimal costs.
Model 9570 Ternary analyzer with dual sensor technology, a combination of ultrasonic sound velocity and a non-contacting conductivity probe. Typical applications:
- Inline analysis of Copper ion with sulfuric
- Zinc ion / sulfuric
- Other metal ions with sulfuric
- Iron ion / hydrochloric
- Iron ion / sulfuric
- Iron ion / nitric
Model 9580 Ternary analyzer with the latest Rhosonics sensor technology, employing one single Hybrid probe. Model 9580 measures multiple ultrasonic properties of the fluid, as well as the density and converts these parameters directly into chemical units. Typical applications:
- Inline analysis of Oleum concentration
- Specific surface treatment fluids
- Special electrolytic solutions
Probe types Model 9500 series operates with the Ultrasonic UMP-50 series of probes, available with several process connections and materials such as 316L, Hastelloy and PEEK. Model 9570 employs a twin probe set, including a UMP-50 probe, in combination with a toroidal conductivity probe.
